Microsoft confirmed the service disruption at 11:37 a.m. PT on Thursday, announcing via X that it is ‘investigating a potential issue impacting multiple Microsoft 365 services.’
Microsoft is currently deploying a fix to restore access for North American users across Outlook, Defender, Purview, and several other M365 services.
